• If you are an Internal employee, please submit ticket through Service Now to the GCC. For instructions, please click the following link Request Aspera Support/Access.

Here are steps you can take immediately to help troubleshoot Aspera:

1. Confirm navigation to correct URL web address:
• Users on HBO's internal Production and corporate IT Networks: https://dropbox.homebox.com/aspera/faspex
• External users on the public internet: https://dropbox.homeboxoffice.com/aspera/faspex

2. Confirm utilization of proper browsers.

3. Confirm Aspera Connect plug-in is installed. Refer to the Aspera Faspex User Guide for instructions. If you do not have a copy of the User Guide, contact the GCC at 404-885-2378.
